We are proud of our strong partnerships with employers, education and training providers, apprenticeship schemes, and local businesses. These partnerships ensure students are introduced to real opportunities and current labour market information.

As part of our Provider Access Policy, we welcome visits from external organisations and employers to support our students in understanding the full range of routes available to them after school.

Finally, as part of our weekly tutor programme, all students access “Careers Insights” —a structured introduction to careers across different sectors. This initiative helps to raise awareness, promote discussion, and ensure every student can see a future where they can succeed and belong.
