Wider global cyber-security incident

We are currently experiencing issues with ClassCharts and understand that it is unavailable for students and parents/carers to access. We believe this may be linked to the wider global cyber-security incident that has affected a number of online services.

We appreciate that this may make it difficult to view homework tasks and timetables. Please be assured that staff will take this into account when considering homework deadlines and expectations over the coming days.

Other learning platforms, including Sparx, Seneca, EduCake and LanguageNut, remain available and operational.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope that ClassCharts will be back up and running soon and will provide a further update as soon as we have more information.
