Transport
The authority provides free school transport where a student lives beyond the agreed statutory distance. This is defined as three miles for children aged 8 and over. To qualify, the statutory distance is measured are using the shortest walking distance available route between the home and the school that served the home address. It is a parental responsibilty to arrange for children to travel in safety between the home picking up and setting down points. Students come to Plymstock from a very wide area and travel to the school by bus is quick and efficient from all areas. Whilst travelling on the bus students are expected to behave in a manner which further enhances the good name of the school.
