If you have any problem accessing the logins please check below:
1. If you are unable to download files from your user area. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options and go to the Advanced tab. Scroll down to Security and make sure the box next to 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' is ticked.
2. If you are running Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Easylink will work but will initially tell you there is a problem with the site's security certificate. If you click Continue to the website (not recommended) it will go to the Easylink logon screen as normal.
3. The Web Folders provider shipped with IE7 causes this issue if Office 2003 is not present, and can be resolved with the installation of a Microsoft® software update. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=17c36612-632e-4c04-9382-987622ed1d64&DisplayLang=en
4. You are prompted for your RM EasyLink password three times before logging in. To prevent this issue, users should provide their fully qualified username, which takes the form Plymstock\username when logging in (i.e. Plymstock\jsmith)
5. "Internet Explorer could not open https://folders.example.sch.uk... as a Web folder. Would like to see its default view instead?". Having this error, first thing you could do is to reboot the Vista workstation and try again, if this still unsuccessful, please follow steps below:
 

Manually map a connection to the Web folder:

  1. Log onto the Windows Vista workstation.
  2. Open Internet Explorer® and log onto RM EasyLink.
  3. Click 'Select this Icon to show your home directory'.
  4. When the error "Internet Explorer could not open https ://folders.example.sch.uk ... as a Web folder. Would like to see its default view instead?" is shown click Yes. A new Internet Explorer window will open.
  5. Right-click the URL displayed in the address bar and select Copy.
  6. Click the Windows Vista Start orb located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, right-click Network and select Map Network Drive.
  7. Click 'Connect to a website that you can use to store your documents and pictures'.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click 'Choose a custom network location' and click Next.
  10. In the 'Internet or Network Address' field right-click and select 'Paste'. This will paste the URL from step 5 into the address bar.
  11. Click Next.
  12. When prompted enter your username and password (remember to prefix the username with the network domain, eg domain\username) and click OK.
  13. Click Next.
  14. Click Finish.
If the above process fails with a 'Network path unknown or access denied' error, then repeat the process from step 1.
